Josh is honestly the best Real Estate agent I have ever dealt with. He gave us an honest opinion of how much our house was worth, told us what we needed to do to get it ready to list, showed us the different options (selling it as a cash sell vs. a traditional sell vs. selling it at auction) and helped us make the right decision. Since we lived 70 miles away, he made everything easy for us via phone calls and computer. We listed in May and by June 24th the house was sold and closed!! All because Josh is a go-getter. He is the BEST and I highly recommend him as a selling agent and, judging by how he cared about everything in the selling of our house, I am sure he is a great buyers agent as well. He is honest, thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable about every aspect of Real Estate, and above all, he is caring. He truly cared about us, his clients.
