Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes, units that fall within the City of Toledo are required to accept HUD Vouchers. -

Can you put the money directly into my account?
Client disbursements are made directly to the U.S. based bank account provided during onboarding. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
The Broker signs and executes the lease and a completed copy is provided to the client. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We are a full service real estate brokerage and can assist in listing properties for sale as well as acquiring new properties to add to your portfolio. -
How and when do I get my checks?
All payments are sent electronically. -
How is rent collection handled?
We collect rent via electronic method, certified funds or money order. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
A standard lease term is 12 months. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
The deposit is equal to the advertised rental rate. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Onboarding typically takes 8-10 business days once all of the required information is provided. -
What type of properties do you manage?

What type of reports do I get and how often?
A standard monthly Owner Statement is delivered electronically that details Income and Expense. Multiple other reports are available based on client need. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Security Deposits are held by J Bowen & Company in a designated “Trust Account” as required by the Ohio Division of Real Estate.
