Josh is honestly the best Real Estate agent I have ever dealt with. He gave us an honest opinion of how much our house was worth, told us what we needed to do to get it ready to list, showed us the different options (selling it as a cash sell vs. a traditional sell vs. selling it at auction) and helped us make the right decision.
